Moving from Florida to California, the first adjustment I had to make was elevation. Now I get it, Los Angeles isn’t at 6,000 ft above sea level, but you can go from 0 to 2,500 ft in less than 2 miles and still see the ocean here!
One of the amazing benefits of the company I work for is that right outside of our offices, there’s an open air preserve with a pretty extensive trail system. It’s also 10 minutes from the famous Malibu Creek State Park, which was partially donated by Bob Hope and has had dozens of movies filmed in it!
With all of that in mind, I threw together a quick video of me running (mostly downhill) to give you a sense of what a typical run with me is like!
See what I mean? Pretty epic!
