Its been nearly three weeks of non-stop training (no rest days) and this morning felt like a good day to mix in some “running yoga” with a couple lifting sets to give my muscles some much needed attention. So, I did what most people do these days, went to YouTube and found this solid guided yoga video. Thirty minutes, perfect for a pre-work sesh!
