Today we’re looking back to the week of training that was June 19th – 25th! It was a really awesome week for two key reasons: I got to run with an old colleague as well as my first California run with my wife!
Here are how the stats broke down:
Swim: 2700 yd
Bike: 10.8 mi
Run: 13.34 mi
Strength: 2 hours
Not an incredible week in terms of distance, but as you can see, two strength sessions as well as a blazing fast run on Wednesday made for a good week of building. I believe this was also one of the first weeks I started going to a 7-day training program. No breaks!
