Week of June 12 – 18th.
I know these are a little delayed. I came to this idea and it’s a really fun Sunday activity for me to look back roughly a month prior and see how I was doing. It also shows me how far these Instagram stories have come! Holy cow!
Here’s the workout breakdown:
I put in my longest run in California to date this week at nearly 15 miles and was just starting to get my swim stroke back! It’s crazy how much my swim distances have improved as I’m now gearing up for a 2-mile open ocean swim!
